Trucking & Logging

Professional drivers have responsiblities to ensure their own safety and that of the motoring public.  The type of freight and its destination often determines how much additional training a driver will need.  For example, a vacuum truck operator will need Confined Space Entry, a tow truck driver will require Flagperson and any delivery to an Oil & Gas field location will require the driver to have H2S Alive training

Defensive Driving and Professional Driver Improvement are related courses.  For drivers operating light duty vehicles, the DDC will usually be sufficient.  For Class 1 and Class 3 drivers, the PDIC course is recommended.

If you have any questions about what training you may need to know to be compliant with your industry, then please do not hesitate to phone us at (780) 675-1111 or you can e-mail us through our contact form.
