Confined Space Entry
Certifying Body: Aggressive Training Services

Confined Space Course Description
Our custom-built Confined Space Training Vessel is easily the most recognized feature of Aggressive Training. From St. Paul to Hinton and from Strathmore to High Level, our tank has travelled across Alberta, training pipeline crews and gas plant operators, water treatment and hazardous waste workers, and many students in workplace training programs.
This in-house course was initially developed for the petroleum industry but applies equally well to agricultural operations, water treatment facilities, trenching work etc. The standard course, Level II, includes actual tank entries, with and without breathing apparatus. The rescue course Level III, provides additional information about rescue work and equipment with an actual practise rescue from the tank.
This course is designed to educate the individual who may be required to work in confined spaces. Participants will learn to recognize what a confined space is, entry hazards, and the safe work practices and procedures required to protect personnel and prevent the loss of production and/or property.
Safety regulations, which vary from province to province, require that before confined space entry is undertaken, the employer shall develop and implement procedures necessary for rescue, develop procedures to eliminate or minimize any hazards and provide proper training for personnel.
Successful participants will received a permanent certificate, valid for three years.
